When a team identifies and understands their behaviors it gives them an opportunity to make changes to optimize their performance.
Teams receive an in-depth, graphical report of their results. The report shows the range of responses for each item and the aggregated results. Individual team member responses are anonymous.
After purchase you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another one within 48 hours with the link for your team explaining how to use the scale.
Once your team has completed the scale you will receive a detailed, full-color report with your team results.
